Samples are reasonably priced, deliverly of wallpaper was quick. I used paste-the-wall and have 2 rooms with feature walls & love them. I've never wallpapered before.

Expensive paper which was lovely but two rolls had faults in them. There wereNumbers printed down the edges. Returned them to Brewers to forward to you but yet to receive refund

My order arrived promptly and was well packaged. However, when I opened the package I had been sent the wrong paper. I spoke with customer service who apologised requested that I send them a photo of what I received they then despatched the correct paper and collect the other. The problem was dealt with swiftly, therefore I would use this company again.

Sales representative was excellent. I did not feel that their production team spent enough time trying to replicate the sample. They were clear on what they could and could not do. However, when it came to producing the sample it seemed rushed and the image was a bit blurry. They did try to correct it and sent a free sample but I felt that should have been executed that way the first time. Either way, the final product was not worth the money so we lost the initial money spent to produce the sample which was expected. I was still glad that I tried, it just didn’t work out like I had hoped it would.

I LOVE the wallpaper I purchased, but this was definitely a learning lesson for me. For starters, there is A LOT of waste, which I didn’t account for. If you need more, and there isn’t any left from the original batch you ordered, the color might not match perfectly. The customer service was good, but also kind of like, “yeah, sorry”. In any event, I’m happy with the end result and did the black and white, so luckily it did match.

This paper tears easily & the pattern doesn't match! Not a good experience trying to put it up. Wouldn't recommend it.Sorry!

Wallpaper was great but part of 1 roll was marked so we couldn't use it. Thankfully we had enough spare to complete.

I placed an order on 16 September, with the website indicating 3- 5 days lead time. The next day I received an email saying it would be delivered w/c 28 October. When it hadn't arrived by 6 November I had to email to chase. Another 5 days passed before I was advised it was further delayed and would arrive w/c 30 November. The website explicably still says 3-5 days and now the wallpaper is 20% cheaper than when I placed the order. Not great. Pretty poor to be honest. I get that COVID may introduce some delays - that doesn't excuse having to drive comms myself, or that the website still promises something they know they won't deliver. I've used Wallpaperdirect before and the experience was positive. This, however, is way below what anyone should encounter.
